Podawaa Channels: How They Work
What is a Channel?
A Channel represents a connected account in Podawaa. It's the main unit that allows you to manage your social accounts and receive boosts on your posts.
What types of accounts are supported?
- LinkedIn Personal Accounts - Your individual LinkedIn profile
- LinkedIn Company Pages - Your company's LinkedIn page
- X (Twitter) Accounts - Your X profile
How do I connect an account?
For Free/Pro:
- Install the Podawaa extension on your Chrome browser
- Log in to LinkedIn or X in your browser
- The extension automatically syncs your account with Podawaa
- Your account appears in your dashboard as a new Channel
For Elite/Gold:
- Click on connect Linekdin
- Paste your profile URL
How many accounts can I connect?
The number of accounts depends on your plan:

You can add additional accounts for an extra monthly fee.
Can I share Channels with my team?
Yes! Channels are linked to your organization, not to an individual user. All members of your organization can access and manage the same Channels.
What happens if I disconnect a Channel?
When you disconnect (archive) a Channel:
- The account is soft-deleted and no longer counts toward your limits
- Your boost history is preserved
- You can reactivate it later by contacting support
- If you want to swap an archived account for an active one, contact support for manual assistance
Can I use the same LinkedIn account on multiple organizations?
No, each LinkedIn or X account can only be connected to one Podawaa organization at a time. This ensures data integrity and prevents conflicts.
