🧾 How can I update my tax ID (VAT number) on my Podawaa invoices?

If you need your company VAT number or tax ID to appear on your Podawaa invoices, you can update it directly via our secure Stripe billing portal.

✏️ Steps to update your tax ID:

1. Log in to app.podawaa.com
2. Click on your profile at the bottom left of the sidebar
3. Click on View Invoices & Billing
4. In the Stripe portal, click on Billing information → Update information
5. Scroll down to the Tax ID section
6. Click Add or Edit
7. Enter your valid VAT number, business ID, or local tax identifier
8. Click Save

Your updated tax ID will appear on all future invoices.
