How to View the Analytics Report of a Boost

How to View the Analytics Report of a Boost

Where to find your boost analytics

Once your boost is completed (or while it's running), you can view detailed analytics from two places:

From the Dashboard

  1. Go to your Podawaa dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Posts section
  3. Find the post you boosted — completed boosts show a green badge with the number of likes and comments delivered
  4. Click the "View Analytics" button on the post card

From the LinkedIn Extension

  1. Open the Podawaa extension while on LinkedIn
  2. Go to your Posts tab
  3. Click on the boosted post to see its status and analytics

What the Analytics Report shows

Summary Cards

At the top of the analytics modal, you'll see three summary cards:

  • Total Likes — The total number of reactions delivered on your post
  • Total Comments — The number of comments posted
  • Total Follows — New followers you gained from the boost

Reactions Tab

Shows every profile that reacted to your post:

  • Profile name and occupation
  • Reaction type: Like, Celebrate, Support, Love, Insightful, or Funny
  • Timestamp of when the reaction was delivered
  • Click on any profile name to visit their LinkedIn profile

Comments Tab

Shows all the comments posted on your boosted content:

  • Profile name and occupation of each commenter
  • Full comment text (expandable for longer comments)
  • Timestamp of each comment
  • Click on any profile name to visit their LinkedIn profile

Follows Tab

Shows new followers gained from the boost:

  • Profile name and occupation
  • Timestamp of when the follow happened

Exporting your analytics

You can export the analytics data as a CSV file for each tab (Reactions, Comments, Follows). Click the Export CSV button at the top of each tab to download the data.

This is useful for:

  • Tracking engagement over time
  • Identifying potential leads from people who engaged with your post
  • Reporting and sharing results with your team

Tracking a boost in progress

While a boost is still running, you can monitor it in real time:

  • Progress bar showing completion percentage
  • Estimated time remaining
  • Live activity showing avatars of profiles currently engaging
  • Real-time stats from LinkedIn (views, likes)

You can also open the Boost Progress Tracker to see a detailed timeline of every engagement action — scheduled, in progress, completed, or failed.
