The Magic Boost URL is the fastest way to boost any LinkedIn or X post - just paste a URL and go!
What is Magic Boost URL?
Magic Boost URL is a feature on your Dashboard that allows you to:
- Boost any post by simply pasting its URL
- Skip navigating through menus and post lists
- Quickly boost posts that aren't synced yet
- Boost posts from other users (if authorized)
It's located prominently at the top of your Dashboard for quick access.
How to Use Magic Boost URL
Step 1: Copy the Post URL
- Find the post you want to boost on LinkedIn or X
- Click the three dots (•••) on the post
- Select Copy link to post
Alternative: Copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar while viewing the post.
Step 2: Paste in Magic Boost
- Go to your Podawaa Dashboard
- Find the Magic Boost URL bar at the top
- Paste the URL (Ctrl+V or Cmd+V)
- Podawaa will validate the URL automatically
Step 3: Configure and Boost
- Podawaa detects the post owner
- If it's your post, proceed with boost settings
- Select your desired engagement level:
- Basic (20 reactions)
- Super (50 reactions)
- Mega (100 reactions)
- Ultra (250 reactions) - Gold only
- Click Boost

Post Detection
When you paste a URL, Podawaa:
- Validates the URL format
- Identifies the platform (LinkedIn or
- Extracts the post ID
- Detects the post owner
- Checks if the channel is connected to your account
Status Messages
Message | Meaning |
|---|---|
✅ "Ready to boost" | Post detected and linked to your channel |
⚠️ "Channel not connected" | The post belongs to an account not in your channels |
❌ "Invalid URL" | The URL format isn't recognized |
❌ "Post not found" | The post may be deleted or private |
Boosting Your Own Posts
For posts from your connected channels:
- Paste the URL
- Podawaa matches it to your channel
- Full boost options are available
- Boost is applied immediately
Boosting Other Users' Posts
Podawaa can boost posts from other users in certain cases:
When It Works
- The post owner is in your network (1st-degree connection)
- You have "Boost Others" enabled in your plan
- The post is set to public visibility
Limitations
- Some plans may not support boosting others' posts
- You cannot boost posts from blocked or private accounts
- Rate limits may apply

- Clean URLs: Remove tracking parameters for cleaner URLs (though Podawaa handles most cases)
Troubleshooting
URL not recognized
- Ensure you copied the full URL
- Try copying from the browser address bar
- Check that the post is public
"Channel not connected" error
- The post belongs to an account not linked to Podawaa
- Add the channel in Manage Channels, then try again
Boost not starting
- Check your boost balance
- Verify your subscription is active
- The queue may be processing - wait a few minutes
