My Boost Is Not Starting or Stuck at X%

FAQ: How Boost Execution Works

How are boosts executed?

Boosts are executed one by one in order of priority. When you create a boost, it enters a queue system that ensures fair and orderly processing for all users.

Key Points:

  • Sequential Processing: Each user can only have one active boost at a time
  • Queue System: Your boost waits in line until it's your turn
  • Priority Order: Boosts are processed on a first-come, first-served basis (FIFO)
  • Simultaneous Processing: Up to 100 boosts can be processed across all users at the same time

How long does a boost take?

The duration of your boost depends entirely on the delivery speed you select:

Super Fast Delivery (Elite Plan)

  • Duration: Within 1 hour
  • Best for: Urgent engagement needs
  • How it works: Your content receives likes and comments rapidly

EN fait j'

🕓 Standard Speed (All Plans)

  • Duration: 1-6 hours
  • Best for: Natural-looking engagement
  • How it works: Gradual distribution of likes and comments over several hours

🐢 Slow Speed (Pro Plan)

  • Duration: 24-48 hours
  • Best for: Maximum authenticity
  • How it works: Very gradual engagement that mimics organic growth

What happens when I create a boost?

  1. Queue Entry: Your boost enters the waiting queue
  2. Email Notification: You receive an email with your queue position and estimated start time
  3. Processing Begins: When it's your turn, the boost moves to "processing" status
  4. Completion: Once finished, you'll receive a confirmation

Can I have multiple boosts running at once?

No, each user can only have one active boost at a time. This ensures:

  • Fair distribution of resources
  • Predictable processing times
  • Better quality of engagement

Once your current boost completes, you can immediately create a new one.

How accurate are the time estimates?

Time estimates are calculated based on:

  • Your selected delivery speed
  • Current queue length
  • System processing capacity

While estimates are generally accurate, actual times may vary slightly during peak usage periods.

What boost levels are available?

The number of likes you can request depends on your plan:

  • Basic (Free): Up to 20 likes
  • Pro: Up to 50 likes
  • Elite: Up to 100 likes
  • Gold: Up to 250 likes

🛠️ Troubleshooting Stuck Boosts

If your boost appears to be stuck (progress less than 75% after 1+ hour), you can use the Troubleshoot & Retry button:

When Does the Troubleshoot Button Appear?

The button appears automatically when:

  • Your boost has been running for more than 1 hour
  • Progress is less than 75% complete
  • The boost hasn't been troubleshot before

What Does It Do?

  • Preserves your existing progress - All completed likes and comments remain
  • Creates a new boost with only the remaining tasks
  • Recalculates the queue to find available members
  • Refreshes the algorithm to bypass any stuck processes

How to Use It

  1. Find the stuck boost in your dashboard's PostQueue
  2. Click the "Troubleshoot & Retry" button (🔧 icon)
  3. Confirm the action in the popup
  4. A new boost will be created with only missing engagements

Important Notes

  • You can only troubleshoot each boost once
  • Your original progress is never lost
  • The new boost will complete the remaining interactions
  • This feature helps resolve issues with:
  • Members reaching daily limits
  • Temporary network issues
  • Algorithm pauses
