What plans are available?
Podawaa offers two main premium plans:

How does billing work?
Each Channel (connected account) has its own subscription:
- Base price: 99/month per channel
- Annual billing: Get 2 months free when you pay yearly
Your subscription renews automatically each month or year depending on your billing cycle.
How much do additional accounts cost?
If you need more accounts than your plan includes:

Is there a free trial?
Yes! Your first channel gets a 3-day free trial. This allows you to test all features before committing.
Note: Additional channels do not include a trial period.
What's the difference between Elite and Gold?
Elite Plan is best for:
- Individual professionals
- Small teams with 1-2 accounts
- Cost-conscious users
Gold Plan is best for:
- Agencies managing multiple accounts
- Power users needing maximum engagement (250 likes/boost)
- Users who don't need to re-boost the same post
I'm an existing user. What happened to my account?
If you had a Gold or Elite plan before the migration:
- Your active accounts were automatically migrated
- You benefit from an exclusive legacy offer keeping your accounts at the same price
- Accounts exceeding the new limits are archived but can be reactivated
- Contact support to swap an archived account for an active one if needed
What's included in the legacy offer?
As a legacy user, your migrated plan includes:
- All your previously active personal accounts (up to plan limits)
- Your company pages (up to 2)
- Your X account (if connected)
- Unlimited boosts
- Simultaneous boosting capability
How do I manage my billing?
From your dashboard:
- Go to Settings > Billing
- Access the Stripe portal to:
- View your invoices
- Update your payment method
- Change your plan
- Cancel your subscription
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time:
- Upgrading: Takes effect immediately, you'll be charged the prorated difference
- Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- SEPA Direct Debit (for European customers)
- And more depending on your region
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
- Click Manage Subscription
- Select Cancel Subscription
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period
No refunds are provided for partial months, but you keep access until your paid period ends.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied with Podawaa, contact our support team at support@podawaa.com to discuss your situation. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
