What plans are available?

Podawaa offers three plans in two modes: Community (free engagement exchange) and Private (cloud-based, your account is never used to engage on others' posts).

How does billing work?

Your subscription renews automatically each month. Annual billing is also available with 2 months free.

What's the difference between Community and Private?

Community Mode is best for:

• Cost-conscious users
• Users who don't mind their account engaging on others' posts in exchange
• Getting started with boosting

Private Mode is best for:

• Professionals who want their account to never engage on others' posts
• Cloud-based operation (no extension needed, works 24/7)
• Agencies and power users managing multiple accounts

Which plan should I choose?

Scale — Best for individuals who post occasionally and want reliable engagement.

Accelerate — Best for regular content creators who need more reactions and comment generation or priority support.

Dominate — Best for power users and agencies who need maximum engagement (250 reactions/boost), auto-boost, and a dedicated manager.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! Your first channel gets a 3-day free trial. This allows you to test all features before committing.

Note: Additional channels do not include a trial period.

I'm an existing user. What happened to my account?

If you had a Gold or Elite plan before the migration:

• Your active accounts were automatically migrated to the new plans
• You benefit from an exclusive legacy offer keeping your accounts at the same price
• Accounts exceeding the new limits are archived but can be reactivated
• Contact support to swap an archived account for an active one if needed

How do I manage my billing?

From your dashboard:

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Access the Stripe portal to:

• View your invoices
• Update your payment method
• Change your plan
• Cancel your subscription

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time:

• Upgrading: Takes effect immediately, you'll be charged the prorated difference
• Downgrading: Takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major payment methods through Stripe:

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• SEPA Direct Debit (for European customers)
• And more depending on your region

How do I cancel my subscription?

1. Go to Settings > Billing in your dashboard
2. Click Manage Subscription
3. Select Cancel Subscription
4. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period

No refunds are provided for partial months, but you keep access until your paid period ends.

Do you offer refunds?

If you're not satisfied with Podawaa, contact our support team at support@podawaa.com to discuss your situation. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.
