How to Remove an Account from Your Plan


How do I remove an account (channel) from my plan?


  1. Go to Settings > Manage Channels in your dashboard
  2. Find the account you want to remove in the list
  3. Click the Remove button next to it
  4. Confirm the removal in the dialog


The account will be removed and the seat becomes immediately available for a new account.


What happens when I remove an account?


  • The LinkedIn account is disconnected from your subscription
  • The seat is freed immediately — you can connect a new account right away
  • Your boost history for that account is no longer accessible
  • Your subscription price stays the same (you still have the same number of seats)


Can I reduce my number of seats after removing an account?


Yes. Once you've removed the account, you'll see an empty seat in your Manage Channels page. You can click Remove on the empty seat to reduce your subscription quantity by 1.


Important: You cannot reduce seats below the number of active accounts. Remove accounts first, then reduce seats.


Will I get a refund for the removed seat?


No. Removing a seat does not generate a prorated credit. Your billing adjusts from the next billing cycle.


Can I reactivate a removed account?


No. Once an account is removed, it is permanently disconnected. To use the same LinkedIn account again, you'll need to reconnect it using the extension, and it will use one of your available seats.


I see "Cancelling" instead of "Remove" — what does that mean?


If your account shows an orange Cancelling badge, it means the removal has been scheduled for the end of your current billing period. The account will remain active until then.


You can click Reactivate to cancel the scheduled removal and keep the account active.


I don't see a "Remove" button on my account


The Remove button is only shown for accounts with an active paid subscription. If your account is in a free trial (no payment method attached), the Remove button is not available. You can wait for the trial to end or contact support.


I want to swap one account for another


  1. Remove the account you no longer want (frees a seat)
  2. Connect the new LinkedIn account using the Podawaa extension
  3. The new account will automatically take the available seat
