📩 What to Do When Something Doesn’t Work

If you run into a problem, the best way to help us investigate is to send us a detailed message through the support chat. Please include:

• A clear description of the issue you’re facing.

• The exact LinkedIn link of the post in question (this is essential).

• If possible, a screenshot or short video of what you’re seeing.

The more information you can provide, the faster we can diagnose and resolve the issue.

⏳ Temporary Issues Can Happen

Sometimes, problems may be temporary due to system updates, high traffic, or external factors. In many cases, these issues are resolved within a few hours. So if something seems stuck or not working right away, try:

• Refreshing your LinkedIn tab

• Waiting a few minutes and trying again

• Reinstalling the Podawaa extension if needed

🪪 Free Plans Are Not Prioritized

If you’re using a Free plan, your posts may take longer to be boosted. This is because Podawaa operates on a priority queue system, and paid plans are processed first to ensure reliable performance for our subscribers.

So if your post isn’t boosted immediately, that’s normal—it’s simply waiting its turn. If you’d like faster boosts, consider upgrading to a Pro or Elite plan.

🕒 How Boost Prioritization Works

Podawaa processes boosts based on a queue system, where your plan level determines your priority:

Gold & Elite plans have top priority.

Pro plans are next in line.

Free plans are processed last.

Boost requests are also affected by time of day. During peak hours (typically morning and early afternoon on weekdays), there are more posts being boosted at once, so delays can occur.

Don’t worry—**your post will still be boosted**, even if it takes longer during busy times.
