Troubleshoot & Retry: Fix Stuck or Incomplete Boosts
π§ Troubleshoot & Retry: Fix Stuck or Incomplete Boosts
π Overview
Troubleshoot & Retry is your safety net when a boost gets stuck or encounters issues.
β‘οΈ It creates a new boost with only the missing tasks, ensuring you always receive 100% of the engagement you paid for.
β° When to Use Troubleshoot & Retry
The button shows up automatically if all conditions are met:
- β Boost was created more than 1 hour ago
- β Less than 75% of tasks have been completed
- β The boost has never been retried
Typical scenarios:
π΄ Boost stuck at a certain %
π΄ No progress for several hours
π΄ Some reactions/comments failed
π΄ Temporary LinkedIn issues

π¦ What Gets Preserved vs Recreated
Preserved:
- β Delivered reactions
- β Posted comments
- β Boost history & analytics
- β Original boost record
Recreated:
- π Undelivered reactions
- π Failed/pending comments
- π New queue position for faster delivery
π° Cost: No extra charges. Retry uses the credits from your original boost.
π Example Scenario
Original Boost:
- 100 reactions ordered
- 20 comments ordered
- Stuck at 60% (72 reactions + 12 comments delivered)
After Retry:
- New boost = 28 reactions + 8 comments
- Original 72 + 12 preserved
- β Final result = Full 100 reactions + 20 comments
π‘ Best Practices
β° Wait 1 hour before retrying β delays are normal during peak times
π Check progress β if >75%, the boost is nearly complete
π One retry only β prevents duplicates & abuse
