Understanding the Podawaa Dashboard
The Podawaa Dashboard is your command center for managing LinkedIn and X engagement. This guide walks you through every section and feature.
Accessing the Dashboard
- Go to app.podawaa.com
- Log in with your LinkedIn account
- You'll land on your personalized Dashboard
Dashboard Overview
The Dashboard is divided into several key sections:
1. Welcome Section
At the top, you'll see a personalized greeting:
"Welcome back, [Your Name]!"
This section may also display important notifications or announcements.
2. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Four stat cards show your engagement metrics at a glance:
KPI | Description |
|---|---|
Total Likes | Total likes received across all your boosted posts |
Comments | Total comments received |
Profile Views | Views on your LinkedIn profile (when available) |
Posts Boosted | Number of posts you've boosted + active campaigns |
Each card shows:
- Current value
- Trend arrow (up/down)
- Comparison with the previous week
3. Magic Boost URL Bar
The fastest way to boost any post:
- Copy any LinkedIn or X post URL
- Paste it in the Magic Boost URL bar
- Podawaa validates the URL and detects the post owner
- Select your boost level
- Click Boost to start
Pro tip: You can boost posts from other users too (if your plan allows it).
4. Engagement Overview Chart
A visual graph showing your engagement over the last 7 days:
- X-axis: Days of the week
- Y-axis: Engagement count
- Area chart: Shows likes, comments, and total engagement
Use this to identify patterns and optimize your posting schedule.
5. Active Accounts Section
Quick access to all your connected channels:

Status | Active, Inactive, or Connecting |
Type | Personal or Company |
Actions | Quick Boost, Settings |
Click View All to see all your channels if you have more than 5.
6. Engagement Score Card
Track your progress toward "Elite" status:
- Progress bar: Shows your current engagement score
- Level: Your current tier (Starter, Growing, Engaged, Elite)
- Tips: Suggestions to improve your score
A higher Engagement Score means:
- Better matching with high-quality SmartPod members
- Priority in the engagement queue
- Improved overall results
7. Recent Activity Section
A feed of your latest engagement actions:
- Who liked your posts
- Who commented
- New followers gained
- Posts you've boosted
This helps you stay informed about your account's activity in real-time.

Customizing Your Dashboard
While the Dashboard layout is fixed, you can personalize your experience:
- Select default channel: Your most-used channel can be set as default
- Notification preferences: Configure what activity you want to see
- Theme: (Coming soon) Light/dark mode options
