Why did all my credits disappear from my Podawaa account?

We recently updated the credit system to ensure better performance and engagement delivery across the platform. Previously, unused credits would accumulate month after month, especially for Free plan users. While this may have seemed beneficial, it created significant issues:

• Too many credits accumulated by users made it impossible to reliably deliver likes and comments.

• The platform was overloaded, leading to poor results and frustrated users.

As a result, we decided to reset accumulated credits and remove the rollover system.

Here is a breakdown of the current plans and their credit allocations:

Free Plan:

• 50 credits per month.
• Up to 50 engagements per post.
• Best for occasional LinkedIn users who need minimal engagement.

Pro Plan (€29.99/month):

• 250 credits per month.
• Up to 100 engagements per post.
• Ideal for professionals looking for consistent engagement on a few posts per week.

Elite Plan (€99.99/month):

• 1000 credits per month.
• Up to 300 engagements per post.
• Includes advanced features for maximum engagement and flexibility.
