Why isn’t my post getting boosted or receiving engagement?

If you’ve launched a boost and notice that your post isn’t receiving engagement—or that it seems stuck—don’t panic. This doesn’t necessarily mean something is broken. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Podawaa works with a queue system

Every time you launch a boost, your post is placed into a priority queue. The speed at which your post is boosted depends on:

• The plan you’re on

• The number of boosts requested by other users at that moment

• The time of day

We prioritize posts like this:

• Gold and Elite plans are processed first

• Then Pro plans

• Finally, Free plans

So if you’re on a Free plan, it’s completely normal for your post to be delayed—especially during peak hours.

2. Timing matters: demand fluctuates throughout the day

Boost delivery is highly impacted by when you ask for engagement. For example:

• In the mornings (especially weekdays), Podawaa sees high demand

• In the evenings or weekends, demand may be lower, but active users in SmartPods may also be fewer

If there’s a lot of activity, your post may wait in line before getting engagement—but rest assured, it will be boosted as soon as the system reaches it.

3. It may take a few minutes—or longer

In many cases, the system takes just a few minutes to begin engagement. But in busier times or for Free plan users, it may take longer. If nothing happens after a while:

• Try refreshing your LinkedIn tab

• Check your plan and boost status

• If still unsure, contact support and include the LinkedIn link to the post

4. Engagement is not instant—it’s natural and staggered

Even when your boost starts, engagement doesn’t all arrive at once. Podawaa stages likes and comments over time to make them look natural to LinkedIn. This is why you may not see reactions right away.

5. No engagement at all? You’ll get refunded automatically

If for any reason Podawaa is unable to deliver the engagement you requested (e.g., too few active users in SmartPods at that time), the system will automatically refund your boost so you don’t lose anything.

What to do if you’re unsure

If you still feel something’s wrong or you’re unsure whether your boost worked:

• Send us a message

• Include the LinkedIn link to the post you tried to boost

• Describe what you’re seeing (or not seeing)

We’ll look into it as quickly as possible.

Your patience means a lot, especially during peak usage times. The goal of Podawaa 2.0 is to guarantee reliable, high-quality engagement, even if that means a slight delay compared to the old system.
